peak activities
We're so proud to announce that one of our senior camp coaches, Heather Armstrong has achieved Canada Under 20's rugby recognition this year. Heather, a centre with Calgary Hornets and Guelph Gryphons will fly with the Ladies squad to Dublin in May to take part in a two test series against Ireland U20's. We are so excited to see Heather continue her development and continue to reap the rewards for her dedication, after recently achieving Senior Ladies Rookie of the Year for her club, Calgary Hornets. Go Heather, we'll be watching this summer!

Our very own Conor Turner continues with his burgeoning Strength and Conditioning Career on the West Coast. Conor has not only been a major factor in providing the conditioning for the National Academy/Pacific Pride Rugby programme but has now taken on roles both with the Under 20's Mens and the Senior Men's 7's programs. Like Heather, he will be on his travels in May, travelling to Fiji for an Under 20's tournament involving Fiji, Samoa and Tonga. Good luck to Conor and the team!!
